Dr. Dan Sager

Psychologist | Geek | Traveler

Daniel Sager, PsyD

I’m here to help design a navigation system that works for you.

All my life, everyone tried to give me a metaphorical map. My family, my school, my job, and society tried to tell me how to move in this world based on their maps. Then I noticed a pattern with the people in my communities. At some point in their life, they would realize that the path they were on and the map they'd been given didn't line up. I learned that you need the right map for each adventure: A road map, a trail guide, or even the fantasy cartography in my favorite books. Throughout my career, I've seen clients adjust their thinking and find themselves on their own map, not necessarily the map they'd been given.

I chose this work because it's necessary, complex, and revolutionary. I’m ready to start this journey with you, using tools, strategies, and frameworks rooted in clinical science, then customized for you.

I'm glad you found your way here.
