LET'S GO
You're not lost. You just need a different map.
You are here.
Do you ever feel ready to go and realize you don’t understand the directions to get there? The map you have isn’t the right map for your journey. Whether you are someone:
-
Who was diagnosed with ADHD or autism, wondering what that means for you today
-
Who is living with a disability, or supporting a loved one with a disability, working to navigate the world and the medical system
-
Who feels like you have been treading water for longer than you can remember, with no shore in sight.
Your experiences can leave you feeling anxious, hopeless, ashamed, and isolated. You might be burning out and seeing ripple effects in your relationships, your job, and things that used to bring you joy. If you feel drained and exhausted from the moment you wake up, it might be time for a change.
As your licensed clinical psychologist, we will work together tailoring evidence-based treatments to your needs. We will focus on developing skills (and create a better map) at your pace to build the life you want.
Let's get you there.
Together.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people untangle their thoughts and shift their life trajectory. I also use Narrative therapy and parts work to rewrite the self-sabotaging stories people believe about themselves. As a Geek Therapy® Certified clinician, we can incorporate pop culture, games, and heroes that you already find helpful or inspiring. For people who have struggled to connect with therapy in the past, this can be a game-changer. For others, it's not a fit. This is your journey, and we will map it out together.
About Me

I'm Dr. Dan Sager, a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania and PSYPACT-authorized in 40+ states. My clinical perspective is grounded in real-world experience, helping you create the life you want to live. I’ve dedicated my practice to those who feel like outsiders in traditional systems.
I understand high-pressure environments because I’ve lived in them. My goal is to help you drop the "high-performer mask" and find a way to excel without sacrificing your mental health.
I have experience serving many communities and populations. My career includes working with children and teens, survivors of domestic violence, and professionals in high-pressure industries. I have worked in rural areas and urban cities, seeing the impact of a personal environment. I am also a mental health speaker, an enthusiastic gamer (PC, consoles, and board games), and a former member of the Montana Army National Guard.
You are here. Let's design a map to get you there.
